1. Who we are

This website, abccoachinggroup.com, is run by ABC Coaching Group. We offer life coaching and free wellbeing resources, including the Go Outside. Be Well. 7-day challenge.

We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at [email address].
2. What information we collect

When you sign up for the free challenge or newsletter, we collect your first name and email address.

When you contact us or book a session, we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us in your message or booking.

When you work with us as a coaching client or learner, we collect your contact details, session notes and any information you share during coaching, plus payment details if applicable via Stripe.

When you visit our website, we collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring site (for example Pinterest), collected through cookies or similar tools.

When you open or click our emails, we collect information about whether you opened an email and which links you clicked, through our email platform.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health data on our sign-up forms. If you choose to share sensitive details during coaching, we will treat them with extra care and only use them to support you.

3. Why we use your information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Send you the workbook and challenge emails (for example, welcome email, reminders, follow-up) – based on your consent.
• Send occasional tips and updates (newsletter-style emails) – based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Respond to enquiries and provide coaching (replying to messages, scheduling, session notes) – to perform a contract or take steps at your request.
• Keep the website secure and understand how it is used (basic analytics, preventing misuse) – based on our legitimate interests.
• Meet legal obligations (tax and accounting records) – based on legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for their service:

• Email platform: Gmail and Wix
• Website hosting and forms: Wix
• Scheduling and video calls: Google Meet and Zoom
• Analytics: Wix
• Payments: Stripe

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, or if our business is sold or transferred (in which case this policy would continue to protect your information).

5. Transfers outside your country

Some of our providers are based in other countries, including India and Europe. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the provider's certification under a recognised data transfer framework, so your information remains protected.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies to make it work and to understand how visitors use it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.

If you arrive from Pinterest, Pinterest's own privacy policy applies to your activity on Pinterest. We only see standard visit information when you click through to our site.

7. How long we keep your information

• Newsletter and challenge subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then we delete your details after 2 months, unless you are our client.
• Enquiries: 12 months after our last contact.
• Coaching client records: 5 years after our work ends, or as the law requires.
• Accounting records: as long as tax law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• ask us to restrict or stop using your information, or object to how we use it
• receive your information in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time (for emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us)

To use any of these rights, email AmandaCoachABC@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example: CNIL in France / the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore.

9. Confidentiality in coaching

We treat information obtained in or around the coaching relationship as confidential, unless there is a legal reason or requirement to disclose it, a threat of harm, or you give written consent to release it.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as password-protected accounts and reputable providers. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

11. Children

Our website and coaching services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date, and tell subscribers about any significant changes by email.
